José Luis Moreno, defiant before his trial: "I am not going to go to jail. They are going to go in"

José Luis Moreno is going through a complicated moment with the Spanish justice system. The popular presenter was arrested in June 2021 by the Specialized and Violent Crime Unit of the Madrid Police Headquarters, in collaboration with the Barcelona Civil Guard, accused of having allegedly committed several crimes of fraud and money laundering.

Now, the 71-year-old producer wanted to break his silence and open up about everything that has to do with the so-called 'Operation Titella' and his upcoming audiovisual projects. The presenter opened the doors of his residence in the Madrid town of Boadilla del Monte to grant an interview to the team of the El Cierre Digital media, which this Monday published the full interview.

The ventriloquist, who continues to defend his innocence, wanted to send a strong message to all those who could be behind everything that happened. ''I'm not going to go to jail. They are going to enter. All the rotten people are going to have to sit on the bench and explain the two and a half years that they have taken from my life. Don't doubt it,' he confessed.

Furthermore, the producer assured that he had not stopped receiving support throughout this time. ''I have had brutal displays of affection throughout this time and also in my work,'' he asserted. ''I am 2,000 percent sure of what I have not done, because each and every one of those who have invented this infectious, disgusting and vile setup is going to have to explain what they have done and how they have done it, in complete detail. , in the face of clean justice, which there is,'' he stated.

''I believe a lot in this country, I believe in the world in general, but especially in this country, because they say that the nobility lives here (...) I have traveled the five continents and I believe that the values of this country are very superior to the defects, because if not I would have already left,'' he commented.

Despite the complex situation he is experiencing, the producer is not discouraged, even though he does not have as much freedom of movement. ''I don't have any problem, I can travel, yes, my accounts are blocked. And yet not only do I survive, my hope and my desire survive and, above all, the strength to unmask the corruption, the lies and the rot that has surrounded this entire case,' he stated. About how the case will end, the producer was very optimistic. ''They are looking under the rugs where the garbage may be... but not in mine (...) Not only am I going to come out okay, but I am going to come out through the front door and, what's more, giving three or four turns,'' he stressed.
