Jeremy Renner's revenge: shows his spectacular recovery in the same place of the fateful accident

Jeremy Renner was in a serious snowplow accident in which he broke more than 30 bones. Six months after the near-fatal mishap, the actor celebrated the long weekend by taking advantage of Memorial Day by taking a trip to Lake Tahoe, near where he suffered the accident that only temporarily sidelined him.

The 52-year-old Hawkeye star has made a miraculous recovery. Renner continues to improve him while keeping his Instagram followers up to date throughout his recovery journey from the snowplow blow.

This weekend he shared a snapshot of himself sitting on a large paddle board floating on the water while another person helped him paddle. The mountains in the distance were still covered in snow from the same season in that region between the states of California and Nevada.

Renner, who was struck by heavy machinery while helping his nephew, admitted that it was all "triggered by the accident" but that he decided to change "the narrative of being a victim, making a mistake or whatever." "I refuse to have that memory haunt me like that," he added.

It was New Year's Day when the actor was airlifted to a hospital after being struck by a 12,000-pound PistenBully near his home in Reno, Nevada. Renner continues to recover from his injuries, but seems to be getting closer to a full recovery.

Apparently what caused the accident was that the actor took a foot out of the vehicle to check on his nephew, but did not apply the parking brake. As a result, he fell from the cab of the snowplow to the ground while the machine continued to skid. Yet he did: "But it is what it was. And it's my mistake, and I've paid for it."
