The troubled Angela Dobrowolski does not learn: tomorrow, Tuesday, March 19, she will celebrate her children's father's day sitting on the bench of Criminal Court 6 in Barcelona. On this occasion, she will sit in the dock accused of breach of sentence: the Investigative Court No. 32 of Barcelona issued a prohibition on Dobrowolski from approaching her husband and her home, as well as from communicating with him by any medium.
The precautionary measure, which responded to a previous breach, was violated on March 22, 2022: Josep Maria Mainat's ex sent him a lengthy e-mail in which she "repeatedly rebuked and denigrated him, in addition to referring to experiences common and that gave rise to the separation, and to subsequent incidents between them”, a letter that was initialed with a forceful “Hide, you pathetic faggot”. The Public Ministry asks for one year in prison for her.
This Tuesday, March 19, both Angela Dobrowolski and Josep Maria Mainat are summoned for questioning. This case is added to a very recent one: the one that sought to try Dobrowolski for an alleged crime of assault and which was suspended last month when the complainant did not appear.
