Santiago Pedraz and his current partner, Elena Hormigos, are expecting a child after four months of romantic relationship. The news has turned the gossip upside down, since the future parents had been dating for a very short time and did not seem to have such intentions.
Pedraz fell in love with Hormigos when he had just broken up with the Malaga model Esther Doña, who went through some very hard months after putting an end to the relationship that united him with the judge.
Elena Hormigos works as a procedural legal advisor at Banco Caminos, although she can boast of having a lot of experience and a vast professional career as far as legal law is concerned.
The most famous judge in our country confirmed the news to the press yesterday after having lunch with a friend in a restaurant in the city of Madrid. With a big smile and very grateful for the respect of the journalists present, the future father affirmed that his girlfriend was expecting what will be his fourth child: "Thank you very much."
For her part, Esther Doña appeared yesterday on the Antena 3 program presented by Sonsoles Ónega and expressed her opinion forcefully: ''Santiago is the father of three children and is now a grandfather. He has surprised me because it is nothing of time. It seems quite irresponsible to me, when you've known a person for two months, it's supposed, well, that you're suddenly going to have a child with that person''.
''She's coming off a divorce and he's had two divorces and two fiancées. I hope she is a good mother, because he already knows what it is to be a father. A child requires a lot of time and he loves to travel,' said Doña, not very convinced with the decision of the recent couple.
The lawyer has responded to the press with a simple but resounding "thank you" when asked by reporters about whether she was expecting a child. The judge's girlfriend thus confirmed that they will become parents of what will be Elena Hormigos's first baby.
At the time the journalists approached the lawyer, she was with some co-workers, who are not used to the media spotlight and were scared by the microphones and cameras.
