Do you want to have your house tidy? Use this Japanese method

Almost all of us seek to have an organized and clean home in which harmony and calm prevail. The importance of an organized home is undeniable. It creates a pleasant and relaxing environment, improves our quality of life, gives us peace of mind and positively impacts our physical and mental well-being. In addition, it can help us concentrate better, reduce everyday stress and anxiety, and even increase our productivity. However, the whirlwind of modern life characterized by daily hustle and bustle consumes us, leaving little time to keep our home clean and tidy.

In this context, keeping the house in perfect order seems like an almost impossible task. To solve this, in Japan they carry out a popular method known as the 5s method in which keeping the house tidy is very simple.

This Japanese 5s method is due to five rules: seiri (classify), seito (order), seiso (cleanliness), seiketsu (standardization) and shitsuke (discipline). In other words, through classification, order, cleaning, standardization and discipline, a clean and orderly home is achieved thanks to standardized tasks capable of creating a feeling of emotional well-being in the home.
