However, it seems that the puerperium is getting a bit uphill for the presenter, who is living a "constant learning" these first weeks with her baby at her house.

The presenter confessed weeks ago that she was experiencing moments of chaos in terms of her emotions and fears; so she would have made the decision to give priority to self-care, in order to give the best to her little girl. “I have to protect myself and take care of my mental health, and not just for me, for my daughter. For this reason, as she showed her Instagram followers, the presenter has decided to resume sports, one of her favorite hobbies and one that is helping her so much to take care of her mental and physical health. Thus, she shared with them a video in which she can be seen doing trunk exercises to help abdominopelvic re-education, after review with the specialist. Some exercises that will help her body to recover, something that will be easier for her since the presenter took careful care of herself with food and sports during her pregnancy.

“In this postpartum I am learning a lot about myself and I am also getting to know the new woman that I have become by being a mother. With patience and love, everything will be fine, ”she insisted, reiterating that she“ is already doing well ”thanks to the help of her environment and a perinatal psychologist.

“It is not that I have good days and other bad ones, it is that on the same day I have so many mood swings that it is difficult for me to be stable.
