Carmen Borrego and her son leave behind their hard personal crisis

The family conflict between Carmen Borrego and her son seems to have come to an end. The Telecinco collaborator is not going through her best personal moment, since the pain from the death of her mother, the presenter María Teresa Campos, at the beginning of September continues to be very present in her daily life.

In addition to this painful moment, Terelu Campos' sister has also had to face a family crisis with her son, José María Almoguera, and his wife, Paola Olmedo. This confrontation had its origin more than a year ago in the now ended Telecinco program Sálvame. The La Fábrica de la Tele space broadcast some images in which Paola Olmedo appeared criticizing her mother-in-law and the Campos family.

From that moment on, the relationship between the collaborator and her son cooled, to the point of not speaking to each other. But after the death of the journalist, the waters calmed down between both parties and there was a small rapprochement. And José María Almoguera did not hesitate to be by his mother's side in one of his most complicated moments.

Now, months after the painful loss of the presenter, Carmen Borrego gave a new interview to the magazine Lecturas, where she opened up about the current relationship she has with her son. Although it has been a rather bittersweet Christmas, the Telecinco collaborator was very happy about the family celebrations that had taken place during this Christmas season.

And Terelu Campos' sister confessed that she had spent Three Kings Day accompanied by her children. ''On Three Kings' Day we always went out to eat. But when my mother got sick, she started to stay at Terelu's house. This year we decided to resume the tradition and ate out with Rocío and Fidel and my children,' she said.

In addition, María Teresa Campos' daughter has also been able to enjoy her first Christmas as a grandmother. ''I don't want to talk about my son. But the whole family has been united at Christmas,' she explained to Lecturas magazine. Without going into many more details, Carmen Borrego confesses the following: ''Everything is phenomenal and as a grandmother, I am happy''

Likewise, Carmen Borrego takes advantage of this exclusive interview to talk about how she is facing the loss of her mother and to show the spectacular mansion that she had inherited from her. ''Coming back here has been difficult, there are many things about her,'' she confessed. But even though her home is now in the hands of both sisters, Borrego assured that the house "will always belong to her mother."

Regarding how difficult it has been to spend Christmas without the journalist, Terelu Campos' sister declared that "it had been devastating" and that "it had cost her her life." ''After her death I have been on the edge of the precipice," she asserted.
