At 49 years old, Belén Esteban probably never imagined that she would remain on television as one of the most beloved characters on the small screen. The collaborator celebrates nothing less than her 25th television anniversary and, to be honest, few can boast of being a reference character in Spanish pop culture at the level that San Blas is.

The end of menstruation comes between the ages of 45 and 55. Spanish women, on average, live this moment at 51 years of age. At least, according to the data collected by the Spanish Association for the Study of Menopause (AEEM). Menopause is nothing other than the moment in which the woman has her last period and begins that stage known as "climacteric", which represents the end of her fertility. A stage that is by no means a disease, but that can lead to annoying symptoms that can affect the daily life of many women, such as insomnia, hot flashes or various ailments.
This is precisely what Belén wanted to talk about, claiming that women in menopause have the same right to enjoy their life as a couple with the same fullness. The one from Paracuellos is experiencing these changes in her body, but she assures that she wears it completely naturally and is perfectly fine. "The truth is that I'm not being bad. I don't feel discomfort or have hot flashes or sweats or anything."
Nor does her husband, Miguel Marcos, seem to find any problem in this new stage, who at 35 helps her intimate life continue as active as before. Belén Esteban could not be happier in this regard, and proof of this is her huge smile, assuring that she is "happy".
An enviable couple, who had known each other for a decade. The two sealed their love on June 22, 2019 and have not been separated since. A relationship in which Miguel has known how to remain in a discreet background, despite the enormous popularity of his wife, considered a cultural icon in our country; and except for his few appearances on his wife's social networks, little is known about him.
