Alessandro Lequio makes it clear: "My son Aless did not like to talk about his private life"

The camaraderie and union that characterized Ana Obregón and Alessandro Lequio during the illness that cost their son his life is in the past. The surrogate birth of Ana Sandra Lequio Obregón, the daughter of the late Aless Lequio, has dealt a severe blow to the life of Count Lequio, who in the face of the controversy has preferred to remain silent.

In 2011, the collaborator of El Programa de Ana Rosa compared the surrogacy method with mothers who sell their children: "Giving up a child for economic interest is becoming a mere incubator," he pointed out at the time, making it clear that "Having surrogate children is not a normal process". These statements show that the Italian has never supported the decision to bring a life into the world with his son's sperm, which would explain his statements to date.

Count Lequio would be having a bad time, something that has been reflected in his latest statements: "It makes me sad and angry that my son is the protagonist of today" revealed Lequio, who acknowledges that he has managed the pain of the death of his son in a completely different way than Ana Obregón.

While the television collaborator opts for discretion, Ana has chosen to expose each step to public opinion: "Turn on the television and hear a phrase about Aless hurts me. I want them to forget about me, I ask for respect. I prefer to live all this in the deepest intimacy. I don't want to share it with anyone. It's just that not even my closest friends ask me," Lequio confessed.

As revealed by Pronto magazine, a source close to Lequio confirms that “he is upset because Ana has hidden some aspects of the pregnancy process from him. This does not mean that he is not going to love her granddaughter, because, logically, there are some feelings, but everything he says affects him a lot. A circus has been set up with this birth in which he refuses to participate."

Even so, Lequio has confessed on set that his relationship with his son's mother is fine, adding: “out of respect for my son, I am not going to comment on anything that affects him in any way. Aless didn't like to talk about her private life and that's what I'm going to do. It's clear that I'm affected."

Obregón decided to carry out the process to "comply with the last will of his son Aless" and used his son's semen to have little Ana Sandra. Although Lequio knew that his ex-partner was carrying out this process in the United States, he never wanted to be part of it because he prefers to move on with his life and grieve his son in another way: "I have been married for 25 years and with a family My life is different. I don't have to find out about other people's lives. That's the remote past."
