Heartbreaking tragedy for actress Mariana Denderián. The Chilean has suffered the loss of her six-year-old son in a devastating fire that devastated her home, also leaving her husband with serious burns.

The actress acted immediately trying to rescue her children from danger and managed to take Leticia to a safe place, but unfortunately she could not reach Pedro's room in time, as the flames left him trapped in his room.
Given the structure of the two-story house and the bars on the child's bedroom window, rescue attempts were extremely difficult. Both the actress and her ex-partner, the journalist Francisco Aravena, did everything possible to reach Pedro.
Aravena, alerted by Derderián, rushed to the scene and joined the rescue efforts, but unfortunately did not manage to arrive in time.
