A bachelor who participated in 'First Dates' reveals the best kept secrets of the program: ''What these people invent…''

First Dates is one of the most popular programs on the small screen in our country. Every day, dozens of people come to the space presented by Carlos Sobera in search of meeting his better half and finding true love.

However, this does not always happen. We often come across dates where there is no chemistry and where the main characters have nothing in common. In addition, we cannot forget that no matter how much the most famous restaurant on TV has as its purpose to bring together people who are looking for a common life project, this is a television show.

A few weeks ago, Juan, a boy who participated in the Mediaset space, went to the Bajo el foco podcast and revealed some of the secrets of the experience. The young man harshly criticized the Cuatro program, since they had promised him that they would pay him for a hotel in the Spanish capital and finally I did not go like that: ''They promised me accommodation in a hotel. They did not give it to me. What these people invent…''.

He also shared on the radio that the appointment was uncomfortable because they were surrounded by other "diners," who were actually extras hired by the program: "They are all actors who don't even speak. Everyone was listening to me, they were all silent.''

Although we all know that it is a television program, the boy defended that there was no type of script (he did not enter to assess the editing of the chapter and the different video cuts) and explained that they only marked one thing as mandatory: he could not speak of brands.

As a curiosity, the bachelor said that the recording team had everything under control and that they even put microphones in the napkins. He also expressed that they had everything very measured, something that surprised him, since they took great care that those who would later share the evening were not in the same group or saw each other in the catering.

The participant explained that he was very nervous and that before entering the shoot he drank five beers to relax. In a tone of laughter and with an amused air, he told the podcast presenters that the hours are a bit strange, nothing to do with the "dinner at night" that it seems they have from home: "Yes, it is true that it was the 10am...''.

Juan was critical of some points, but grateful for having experienced this television adventure. He defined his experience as ''bittersweet'', but he does not regret having gone and meeting a nice girl who fit the prototype of him.
