A bachelor from 'First Dates' leaves Carlos Sobera speechless with a terrifying confession: ''Excuse me?''

Cuatro's most romantic program was transformed this Tuesday into the darkest place on the small screen. Like every year, First Dates once again celebrates the scariest night of the year with a Special Halloween program, in which viewers have been able to witness the scariest dates, starring all kinds of terrifying creatures, such as The Ghost of the Opera or Wednesday Adams.

One of the dates of the night was the one starring Ettore and Inés. The 50-year-old bachelor walked through the doors of the program dressed as the Phantom of the Opera himself. ''I like the character because he is very similar to mine, with the difference that he wears the mask because he has a deformation on his face. And I wore the mask to protect myself,' he confessed.

The bachelor said that he had grown up behind the scenes of the theater and in a traditional family. As soon as he entered, the presenter asked him if he believed in the afterlife. A question that caught the Italian's attention immediately. ''I have had several experiences,'' he responded. ''Excuse me?'' said Carlos Sobera, who had been astonished at such a statement.

''I had a vision once when I was in a coma and for fifty seconds I saw an immense white light, but it didn't bother me. It was good, at peace. As if God had given me a ray of his light to tell me that he protects me,' he declared. For this reason, the bachelor considered himself a very religious person. Moments later, Inés, a 46-year-old single woman, made an appearance and entered the restaurant, causing a lot of fear.

The Madrid native confessed that her style was based on a character from Japanese horror, since it was one of her great passions. ''I feel identified because I love dressing up as ghosts,'' she said. As soon as they saw each other, the singles had a very good first impression. ''I was struck by her height and with the mask she imposed on me,'' said Inés.

The evening began with the bachelor laughingly confessing that he couldn't see well with the mask. ''He is a very movie-like man,'' declared Inés. But when the single woman brought up the topic of Japanese horror, the first gap between the couple appeared, since the single man confessed not knowing the genre. ''If I'm with someone and I want to see that type of movie, I would like them to like it too,'' he said.

The date progressed and the chemistry between the two singles continued to flow. At one point, the bachelorette surprised Ettore when he began to play the melody from The Phantom of the Opera on the flute. ''I was very moved by this detail of dedicating myself to music that I really like,'' said the bachelor. In the final decision there were no surprises and the two singles confessed their interest in wanting to continue getting to know each other in the future.
