This is the case of a resident of Ceuta, who, far from following traffic regulations, has chosen to use his electric scooter while transporting an appliance, specifically a washing machine. In the video, which already has 270,000 views on Twitter, you can see a person who, since he does not fit on the scooter, is forced to stick his feet out to fit the cumbersome equipment.
