The most expensive streets in Spain are concentrated between the south and the capital. This is reflected in a study by the Idealista real estate portal based on the average price of homes advertised in each of these arteries. For its realization, only the streets with at least 20 advertisements have been taken into account.

Following these premises, the most expensive street in Spain is in Benahavís (Málaga) and is the one that occupies the Coto Zagaleta urbanization. The average price of a home for sale in it is 10.76 million euros.

The next two most exclusive streets to live in the country are both in Marbella (Málaga) and are Mozart street, with an average cost of 7.94 million euros, and Osa Menor street, with about 7.17 million euros .

In fourth position is the first street outside the Costa del Sol. It is Camino de la Fuente, in the famous luxury urbanization of La Moraleja, in Alcobendas (Madrid). There the average price of housing is 6.92 million euros. It is followed by Paseo de los Lagos street, in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), with an average of 6.17 million euros.

The sixth place goes to another street in Benahavís, in this case the one that includes the Los Flamingos Golf urbanization, in which the price of a house is an average of 5.76 million euros.

The seventh is occupied by Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes, another street within La Moraleja, where housing is worth an average of 5.24 million euros.

The last three positions in the top 10 are occupied by Paseo del Mar in Calvià (Mallorca) with an average of 5.15 million per house; Calle de Ámsterdam in Marbella with an average of 5.14 million euros; and Riu Guadiana street, also in Calvià, with an average of 4.42 million euros.
