The ingenious and practical module to camp your van: it has almost everything

The freedom to travel and discover the world without time constraints, spending the night in virgin and unexplored places, is one of the main reasons why van trips have become popular in recent years. The experience of hitting the road with a home on wheels offers adventurers the possibility of creating flexible itineraries, deciding when to camp on the fly, and enjoying the true essence of each destination.

For this reason, more and more people are choosing an alternative that goes beyond the simple act of traveling to escape their daily routine. Acquiring an adapted vehicle or campervanizing a van has become a rising trend and represents the starting point to enjoy outings with family or friends without having to worry about schedules or hotel reservations.

Buying a van and adapting it to your taste is the most popular and economical option. Although there are companies that are dedicated to professionally camper vans, many users choose to do it on their own to customize their vehicle according to their specific needs.

The market offers a wide range of accessories and specialized equipment that make the task easier. From solar energy systems and smart storage solutions to compact and comfortable furniture specially designed to solve most travelers' needs.

One of these elements that are characterized by their practicality and by offering a wide range of possibilities in very little space was one of the great novelties that visitors were able to admire at the last Düsseldorf Caravaning Show. In addition to attending the presentation of the Citroën Type H Holiday or the future Volkswagen California T7, among other vans, they were able to see first-hand all kinds of accessories related to the world of caravanning.

An element that generated a lot of interest was the module presented by CampBoks, a company specialized in the marketing of accessories. The Austrian manufacturer exhibited its latest module in public for the first time, available in two versions - CampBoks Pro and CampBoks Lite - consisting of a kitchen, refrigerator, sink and bed.

As evidenced in the video shared by the Austrian startup on its Instagram account, the module provides a variety of solutions designed to adapt to the user's needs at any time. In just a few steps, the van becomes a fully equipped motorhome thanks to a versatile camping module that is securely attached to the vehicle.

The part is installed in the rear of the van and is compatible with some of the most popular models, including the Volkswagen Transporter, Citroën Jumpy, Ford Transit or Renault Trafic, among others.

The Campboks prefabricated module consists of a cantilever bench with table that once deployed protrudes from the back of the van. The removable drawers hide the kitchen, the refrigerator, two 12-liter water tanks and a space for food storage.

The front part of the module offers a three-seater seat under which there are a series of drawers to store clothes and other objects. A rotating table serves as a table for the occupants of that row of seats. When the seats are folded down, a 200 x 120 cm bed is revealed with the side parts adjustable up to the width of the vehicle.

The cost of the module varies, ranging between 6,590 euros for the Lite version and 7,990 euros for the Pro. To this figure is added the price of the accessories, which are sold individually. These include the aluminum interior table, panels adjustable to the width of the vehicle, removable drawers and the mattress.
