Tesla's new commercial offensive. At the beginning of the year it applied a rate reduction and now it has announced a new price reduction. The compact electric Model 3 stands out, whose access version to the range costs 39,990 euros, without counting the aid of the Moves III plan, which in the best of cases can reach 7,000 euros. Thus, some consumers could purchase a copy for 32,990 euros, a really interesting figure. In any case, it should be remembered that said subsidy is taxed in Income, so it is not net. It counts as patrimonial income and the corresponding personal income tax must be paid to the Treasury.
The version of the Model 3 that has lowered the barrier of 40,000 euros is the standard. This is the rear-wheel drive variant, which can travel up to 300 miles on a charge. With a top speed of 225 km/h, it can reach 100 km/h from a standstill in just 6.1 seconds.
Above there are two alternatives with dual motor and all-wheel drive. The one with great autonomy (costs 49,990 euros) can travel up to 602 kilometers, has a maximum speed of 233 km/h and accelerates from zero to one hundred in 4.4 seconds. Best performance records the Perfomance (53,990 euros): with a top of 261 km/h, it takes only 3.3 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h. Its autonomy remains at 547 kilometers.
With the lowering of the entry-level version, the Model 3 leaves behind most of its competitors, whose price is higher. For example, the Volkswagen ID.3 starts at 42,600 euros, the Cupra Born is at 42,800 euros and the equivalent Hyundai IONIQ 5 stands at 42,660 euros (there is a cheaper one for 39,110 euros but with less autonomy and benefits). The cheapest is the MG4 (around 30,000 euros), but this electric car of Chinese origin is of a lower range.
In any case, it is acceptable to comment that Tesla would be working on the new Model 3, so it will be necessary to see if, when it is launched on the market, the renewed model maintains the current prices or if, on the contrary, it lands with higher rates. . As for the rest of the Tesla models, it should be noted that the Model Y also lowers its rates in some versions. Thus, the standard variant costs 1,300 euros less, so that it stands at 45,990 euros. The top of the range, the Performance, is priced at 59,990 euros (4,000 less). For its part, the Great Autonomy, does not present changes, so it continues to cost 53,400 euros.
