PIMEC and La Vanguardia continue the cycle of Pymesconnect meetings, conferences focused on the digitalization of SMEs, which has been carried out since last year. Next Thursday, the topic of the day will be the one that has marked the information and business agenda throughout this year: artificial intelligence. The meeting, sponsored by Banc Sabadell and Telefónica, will be held at the Movistar Center in Barcelona between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The registration form is now available for all interested parties.
In this event, moderated by Jordi Marín, general director of the ACEC-Employers' Association of Consultants of Catalonia, several AI experts will participate who will present the guidelines to promote the use of artificial intelligence in SMEs to achieve more effective management or organization. of its resources. They will also explain how economic investment in this technology is increasingly affordable for SMEs and will show some examples of good results obtained by companies that have already explored this new field of innovation.
Another topic of the event will be the new regulations that will regulate electronic billing in the Spanish State. The invited analysts will clarify when this obligation will come into force and what impact it is expected to have on all companies and professionals.
During this year, both organizations have organized other training and work sessions around the technological advancement of SMEs with the aim of making them more competitive: in July the topic of challenges in cybersecurity was discussed, and recently the keys to digital transformation in small and medium-sized companies.
