87% of users are satisfied with the service, a percentage that gives us an indication of how well the Girocleta has established itself in the city. In addition, 70% of those surveyed have rated the service above eight, a more than respectable note.
The service is still in its early stages and still has a lot of room for improvement. From the City Council they already warn that their objective is to expand the Girocleta with stations in those neighborhoods that do not yet have anchor points.
