The name of Javier Pérez Santana, producer of the film Mi vacío y yo, has not stopped resonating since last weekend several attendees of the Feroz awards party, held in Zaragoza, denounced harassment on his part, including Jedet, protagonist of the Atresmedia series Veneno.
The actress explained to the Police that Pérez touched her breasts and insulted her for being a transgender woman, which could also be a hate crime. This is stated in the police report to which El Periódico de Aragón has had access. "Travelo shit, you are an envious transvestite, whore, envious transsexual, be careful with me that I am a gypsy," the producer would have told the artist.
According to said document, it all started around 2:30 a.m. in the Espacio Ebro, the place where the post-award party was held. Several men approached him claiming to be his fans. Among them was the producer. However, the actress would have preferred to say goodbye to them "the state and attitude in which they found themselves, these people could be under the influence of some narcotic substance."
The farewell did not please the producer too much, who would have told him: “You are very bad, you don't love me at all. We wanted you to be part of this family, but now we are going to leave you out." Jedet, for her part, was clear: “How am I going to love you if I don't know you. I don't want to be part of his family, I already have mine."
Before the end of the night, the producer approached the actress again "in a surprising way" and "grabbed" her chest. It was at that moment that he decided to discuss it with other attendees and a stir arose, as some assured that he and another man "were touching the private areas of those present without their consent."
There were six witnesses who testified to the Police. One of them assured that Pérez Santana had given him "a lick on the neck." Another, whose name also came out as Jedet's, was Bob Pop, who stated that he had been touched by the detainee. The filmmaker Marc Ferrer, for his part, confessed shortly after on his social networks that he had also suffered harassment by the detainee.
