This is the exact day that the weather in Spain will stabilize, according to Aemet

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has confirmed that there is little left to instability. If the forecasts are accurate, starting next Tuesday, a considerable change in meteorological conditions is expected in Spain.

According to the latest statement, a significant increase in temperatures is expected, which will exceed 30ºC in several regions of the country. This change will mark the end of a period of thermal oscillations and heavy rainfall that have been marking the weather in recent times.

During the past week, several areas of Spain experienced unusually low temperatures for the time, with records of only 16ºC in some cities, sometimes accompanied by heavy rain. However, Aemet assures that this situation will soon return to normal: after the thermal ups and downs and instability of these days, the anticyclonic ridge will prevail starting Tuesday.

The report details that the arrival of an anticyclonic ridge to the Iberian Peninsula will bring with it a notable increase in temperatures, which will reach maximums of up to 31ºC in the south during Wednesday and Thursday, and these conditions are expected to intensify in the face of the weekend. In cities such as Seville, Córdoba, Jaén, Murcia, Madrid, Toledo and Ciudad Real, temperatures could rise to 35ºC.

On the contrary, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands will experience milder weather, with maximums of 25 degrees in Mallorca and up to 29 degrees in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Lanzarote. Furthermore, the probability of rain will be almost zero in most of the national territory, except for some storms located in Galicia, especially in La Coruña and Lugo.

Finally, the Aemet warns that, although the skies will be partly cloudy towards the end of the week, no notable precipitation is expected. This meteorological stability will provide a break after days of instability and unpredictable weather conditions, thus establishing a panorama more typical of spring.
