Jamal Sinno explains that to live this unique and tailor-made shopping experience, the first step is to make a virtual appointment to learn about the needs of each client. After a brief questionnaire, the stylist will be in charge of evaluating the items in your closet to find out your tastes and style preferences. Next, the work is carried out by the personal shopper who, with all the information collected, will proceed to select the appropriate clothing and accessories from the list of brands participating in the service offered by La Roca Village.
The second step is divided into two modalities, one virtual and the other in suites, which are adapted to each client. In the online format, and after the first contact, Jamal Sinno and his team will be in charge of organizing a virtual presentation with the selected pieces. The client will choose the ones they like the most and these will arrive at home for testing and final approval.
If the buyer prefers to live the experience, they must schedule an appointment with the stylist.
