An agent from the Malaga Local Police and a nurse have saved the life of a four-year-old girl who choked on candy during the Three Wise Men parade in Puerto de la Torre, in Malaga capital.

The events took place when the agent was providing security and traffic service on Lope de Rueda Avenue and Atlántida Street, in the Reyes parade of the Puerto de la Torre district.
Apparently, it was at that moment that a man ran up to him with an unresponsive girl in his arms, so the agent put her face down and began performing the Heimlich maneuver.
The minor was able to expel a candy, but still did not react. Thus, at that moment a nurse who was there approached her and after performing a new maneuver she was able to take out a second piece of candy and the girl began to respond.
