This is how the agents of the National Police found this individual, sentenced to 17 years in prison for illegal detention and sexual assault, who had been a fugitive from justice since 2016. A legal claim was filed against the man by the Provincial Court of Córdoba urging his arrest and imprisonment.
As reported by the National Police in a note, it was around midnight on July 23 when the Police found him while they were carrying out their citizen security functions. The agents identified said man on public roads and, after making the pertinent steps, were able to verify that he had a legal claim, for which they proceeded to arrest him.
The events for which he was convicted occurred in September 2016, when the man now detained detained a young woman from Córdoba against her will and subjected her to various sexual assaults, being sentenced by the Córdoba Court to 17 years in prison, but he was not was able to notify the sentence for which he had to enter prison because his whereabouts were unknown.
For this reason, the Provincial Court of Córdoba issued a judicial claim urging that, in the event of being located, he be arrested and imprisoned, as has already happened, since the detainee was brought before the courts on the same day of his arrest, agreeing to his imprisonment.
