The National Police have arrested three minors, between the ages of 14 and 17, for alleged sexual assaults on three classmates from the Virgen de Guadalupe school in Badajoz.

The school itself would have filed the complaint before the possible aggression "by touching" by some of its students to several students, according to local media reports.

According to judicial sources consulted by EFE, the number of those investigated amounts to six, but three of them were arrested on June 15, accused of crimes related to sexual integrity. Two, of the remaining three, have not been arrested because they are under 14 years of age, which means that they are not criminally responsible for the crimes they may have committed. Finally, the other minor who would have been involved is being investigated, but has not been arrested.

The Family and Women's Care Unit (Ufam) of the National Police has taken charge of the investigation and has located the three victims, all of them minors, who have verified the involvement of up to six colleagues, all of them also minors. . The police have specified that it is not ruled out that there are more victims.
