They are looking for a sixth man involved in the sexual assault suffered by a young woman in Malaga last month. The girl, who was attacked up to three times in different scenarios during the same night from September 22 to 23, reported what happened to the National Police, whose agents arrested 5 minors on October 10 for these events.
However, the investigation has remained open since then as they are looking for another young man, in this case of legal age, who had been involved in two of the three attacks. However, there is no trace of him. According to what Diario Sur has detailed, the police officers have tried to locate him at his home without success, which is why a summons has been issued for him to be detained at any checkpoint where he is identified.
It was the young woman who reported the events to the Police and who identified her attackers, as well as explained the degree of involvement of each one in the different attacks she suffered.
Apparently, on the night of September 22 to 23, the victim was attending a friend's birthday celebration, which was celebrated in an open field in the capital of Malaga. Other minors from the same institute where she studied and other adults known to them attended the event.
And it was in this first scenario where his ordeal began. She had a drink that was offered to her and, according to the girl, she began to feel dizzy. It was the moment when several of her minors began to touch her of a sexual nature.
After this meeting in the open field, part of the group went to the house where one of the young people lives. The minor pointed out that she remembered seeing herself with her clothes down and surrounded by three naked boys.
Thus, after leaving the place to go home, two young men from the group followed her to accompany her, but they took her to a secluded area and, allegedly, sexually assaulted her.
After the attacks, the minor told a family member what happened and went to the Maternal and Child Hospital, where she underwent a medical examination and the protocol was activated in cases of suspected sexual assault.
The Juvenile Prosecutor's Office is aware of the facts. Specifically, one of them was ordered to be interned in a reform center, while the rest were released on supervised release pending the investigation.
