Horse-drawn carriages are one of the main attractions of the April Fair. This year there are 1,400 carriages that have a license to drive through the Real and each of them carries at least two horses. In the video you can see how a coachman kicks several times a horse that has fallen to the ground, probably due to fatigue and the extremely high temperatures that Seville is experiencing these days. The man and another person who was with him get him to get up with kicks, while people around him reprimand his behavior and insult them like "bastards" and "sons of bitches."
This is not the only event that has occurred in these days of fairs with an equine.
