The Valencia Court summons Oltra's ex-husband to go to prison

The second section of the Provincial Court of Valencia has issued an order to initiate an execution in which it requires the entry into prison of the ex-husband of the former vice president of the Valencian Government Mónica Oltra after his conviction for sexual abuse of a warded minor has been confirmed.

The Valencia Court summons Oltra's ex-husband to go to prison

The second section of the Provincial Court of Valencia has issued an order to initiate an execution in which it requires the entry into prison of the ex-husband of the former vice president of the Valencian Government Mónica Oltra after his conviction for sexual abuse of a warded minor has been confirmed.

The court, in an order to which EFE has had access, requires the appearance of Luis Ramírez at the secretariat of this Court next Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. to process his entry into prison, in compliance with the custodial sentence imposed. in a final sentence, and warns him that if he does not appear, an order will be issued for his search, capture and entry into a penitentiary center.

On December 14, the Supreme Court confirmed Ramírez's five-year prison sentence for having committed, while a monitor, sexual abuse of a 16-year-old minor who was under the guardianship of the Generalitat.

It also requires the convicted person to begin executing the part of his sentence by which he is prohibited from approaching the victim, her home or any other place frequented by her, or communicating with her by any means (including through third parties) for ten years, and warns him that if he fails to comply with these conditions he may be accused of a crime of breach of sentence.

Likewise, it requests that the sentence of special disqualification for any profession or trade that involves contact with minors begin for a period of ten years.
