Equilis today announced the sale of the Finestrelles shopping center in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona) to the French investment fund Frey for 127.5 million euros. The center has a surface area of 99,630 m2, of which 39,250 m2 is commercial space, which is rented to more than 100 stores, both for fashion and accessories, as well as for decoration, sportswear, electronics or telephones. Thus, the center includes the first Plaza de Catalunya AliExpress store, an Alcampo hypermarket and large surfaces of firms such as Decathlon, Media Markt, Zara or Bershka.
