The girl who was taken by her mother when she was leaving school in Tavernes Blanques (Valencia) is in France with her maternal family, as confirmed by the Civil Guard.
The Benemérita was looking for the girl and her mother since last Friday after a complaint for breach of the custody regime of the minor, who is prohibited from leaving the national territory due to compliance with the separation agreement.
The Civil Guard has indicated that the case is prosecuted and it will be the Justice that will take the measures it deems appropriate. The agents activated border controls so that the girl could not leave Spain, since apparently her mother could reside in France.
The 5-year-old girl named Saray was allegedly taken by force this Friday by the mother accompanied by several relatives, who began a struggle with the father at the gates of the minor's school in Tavernes Blanques (Valencia), according to broadcast Tele 5.
In these images, the girl's father, José Manuel Muñoz, appears asking for help to recover the minor, whom he describes as having long hair, two pigtails and a very smiling face.
