On the second anniversary of this tragedy, Vera's father has pointed out on social networks that in this case "some fairgrounds without papers or scruples; a 'ghost' engineer; a prosecutor who asks for forgiveness; an inhuman mayor..." have coincided. , and insists that "it could and should have been avoided."
