As El Diario Montañés has been able to reveal, two complaints have been filed with the Civil Guard for the dissemination of photographs and videos of child pornography and violence, as well as harassment of two classmates, in chats of fourth-year ESO students from the San Francisco charter school. In the first complaint, according to the cited source, a mother discovered the contents after reviewing her fourteen-year-old son's phone, where she also found sexual insults towards the teenager, in addition to the fact that he had been included in WhatsApp groups with adults who were They had made sexual advances towards him.

A second complaint accuses one of the students of having threatened a classmate who expressed her rejection of the distribution of those videos in a class chat, reports the Cantabrian media. Both complaints are also being investigated by the center's management.

In statements to El Diario Montañés, some families have expressed their "immense concern" about the "absolutely brutal" content found on the minors' phones: "We are talking about pedophilia in its worst version, bestiality and extreme violence." For his part, the school director asked that "no labels be put on anyone, because everyone is a minor."

The same director has assured that the steps planned by the Department of Education are being followed, which is also aware of the facts, taking the pertinent precautionary measures while the investigation is underway.
