The CGPJ investigates the activity in X of a judge who called Pedro Sánchez a psychopath

The Promoter of Disciplinary Action of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) has agreed to open information proceedings regarding the head of the Commercial Court number 11 of Madrid, Manuel Ruiz de Lara, who published some insulting statements against the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, whom he called “psychopath.”

The magistrate, who instructs among others the procedure on the Super League, published on a social network evaluations about the President of the Executive and the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños. In one of them he referred to the chief executive as a “pathological narcissist with clear traits of a psychopath” shortly after his inauguration.

These publications were echoed in several media outlets, which, according to the CGPJ itself, has led to the opening of the disciplinary procedure. The Council has sent you the initiation agreement so that you can make your comments.

In an account opened in his name, the judge says: “Who was going to tell us that a pathological narcissist with clear traits of a psychopath without ethical limits was going to preside over us, willing to do anything, even destroy the rule of law, to remain in Moncloa. ”.

And he adds: "It was logical that a pathological liar like Pedro Sánchez chose the pathological liar servant Félix Bolaños at the head of the Ministry of Justice so that he could manipulate, ignore the demands of the Council of Europe and continue the path of attacking the Judiciary."

Judge Ruiz de Lara is a member of the Professional Association of the Judiciary, the majority in the race and with a conservative profile. He also attacked the attorney general, Álvaro García Ortiz, whom he considers a “dishonor” for the career, and against other ministers or former ministers of the Government, such as Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Margarita Robles or Pilar Llop, all of them career judges, those he despises for “dragging in indignity” to achieve “the crumbs of a position.”
