The Martín bus company committee has made this decision after having held numerous meetings with the company's management without an agreement being possible and after having consulted the workers in an assembly.
Specifically, 45,000 users of these buses that connect Arroyomolinos, Móstoles, Moraleja de Enmedio, Fuenlabrada, Getafe and Léganes will be affected.
Among the reasons that have led to this call, explained by UGT and CC.OO., are "non-compliance" on the part of the company and "substantial modifications in working conditions."

In addition, they have highlighted that the facilities are "outdated, without any type of modernization and are even failing to comply with regulations on the safety and health of workers."
Finally, they have stressed that the salary of office and administration staff has also been reduced and the work-life balance of working people is not respected.
