The National Geographic Institute has registered at 6:11 this morning an earthquake of 3.7 degrees on the Richter scale with an epicenter in the vicinity of the Alicante town of Banyeres de Mariola, which has been perceived by many people at different points from the province.
Social networks collect numerous testimonies from people who have woken up with a start, especially in the surroundings of the Alcoià, Comtat or Alto Vinalopó regions, but also in more distant towns, such as Gandia, Oliva or Benidorm.
