The Security Department of the City Council of Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelonès Nord) will open, starting this Monday, a Citizen Assistance Office (OAC) in the premises of the Local Police station in the Santa Rosa neighborhood. This service aims to strengthen direct communication between the security area and citizens to establish a more collaborative environment with neighbors and entities.
In this first phase of implementation, the OAC will be open every Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the security councilor, Salva Tovar, will be personally present at the police stations to listen to and collect proposals, suggestions and concerns from citizens related to public safety.
To arrange meetings and/or meetings with the council, these will be held by appointment. The opening of the OAC, according to the municipal government's note, "reflects the commitment of the municipal government team to work hand in hand with citizens with the objective of continuing to improve the security of the city."
