The magistrate has decreed the provisional release without bail for the other two people made available to him, and who are also being investigated, with the precautionary measure of the obligation to appear in court on the 12th and 26th of each month.

The driver, Pedro V.S., who turned himself in at the police station hours after the accident, was driving without a valid license and at the time of the events he was going at a speed of about 100 kilometers per hour in an area limited to 50 kilometers, according to police sources. .
