The National Police are looking for the man who stabbed a 36-year-old woman to death in the early hours of this Sunday in a home in the Madrid district of Villaverde, without being able to rule out any hypothesis at the moment, including that it may be a case. of sexist violence.

The crime occurred around four in the morning in a building on Doña Francisquita Street, from where a person alerted that there was an injured woman on the staircase landing, and when the agents arrived they found a woman with numerous gunshot wounds. white on the front part of the thorax and on the neck, research sources have explained.

The agents carried out resuscitation maneuvers that were continued shortly after by the Samur troops, who after thirty minutes could only confirm his death.

Initially the victim could not be identified, but it was later determined that she was a woman of Spanish nationality born in 1987, and what happened is now being investigated.

The first investigations indicate that the woman was in a flat from which she was injured and went down some stairs until she collapsed on a landing.

The murderer would be a man, according to the first evidence collected, but at the moment no preference can be given or any hypothesis ruled out, including that it is a case of sexist violence, the sources point out.

The Scientific Police and the Homicide Group VI of the National Police have traveled to the scene, who is in charge of the investigation, as reported by the Madrid Police Headquarters.
