Paz de la Huerta, a victim of Weinsten who accuses her Spanish aristocratic parents of sexual abuse: "They sold me"

The actress Paz de la Huerta has filed a complaint in the Investigative Court number 6 of Talavera de la Reina against her parents and some of their friends for an alleged crime of continued sexual assault, as published by the ABC newspaper.

The complaint details the events that, according to the actress, have been occurring for years. In addition, one of them would have occurred in 2021. Esther Romero, her lawyer, has told the aforementioned newspaper that the complaint gives details about this sexual abuse: "She is raped at the Liabeny hotel in Madrid. We limit ourselves to putting the complaint with the evidence and facts that she brought us".

In parallel, the lawsuit also ensures that the New York actress, of Spanish descent, has been a victim of her parents: "My client has been suffering repeated episodes of sexual assault for years by her father, D. Ricardo Ignacio de la Huerta, who in common concert with his wife, D. Judith Bruce, planned on various occasions to go to the 'El Verdugal' farm in Oropesa, Toledo, owned by them, a stage far from the city, in order to consummate said acts of sexual violence on said farm and encourage certain friends to participate in these meetings, annulling the will of the plaintiff through the use of drugs and narcotic substances, and exerting force and sexual violence on her that my sponsored would never have been aware of. spoiled".

As if the harsh testimony of the American interpreter were not enough, the defense has provided images of the injuries, medical reports, emails from her mother and a polygraph test.

The complaint, which also requests the statement of the aristocrat Cristina de Heeren because she could have participated in the denounced facts, has been admitted for processing and they are waiting to obtain a response to the requested protection order. At the moment, as ABC explains, Paz de la Huerta uses several cell phones and changes her home frequently for fear that her family will retaliate against her.

De la Huerta is one of the many women who raised her voice against former producer Harvey Weinstein. The film mogul, since accusations against him began to arrive in 2015 for his continued sexual abuse, has been chaining various sentences for different charges.

The actress has received a large compensation for being raped, but she still has not forgotten all these episodes. In addition, she believes that it was her mother who led her to fall into Weinstein's clutches: "I am convinced that it was my mother who threw me into Weinstein's arms. Also, if I had testified, I would have earned more money, because I was one of the worst victims , because they sold me to him when I was 13 years old".
