A suspect of participating in the multiple sexual assault of a minor in a vacant lot in Badalona (Barcelonès Nord) last June sent her a message asking her not to report him. The minor explained this in her second statement after reporting the case, as recorded in a report included in the case summary.
Eight minors are suspects in this case, five of them unchargeable because they are under 14 years old (like the one who sent the message); Two of the first are hospitalized in a closed regime as a precautionary measure and the third is still wanted and has an arrest warrant.
The complainant has recognized the suspects in photographs and in the investigation, videos recorded with a mobile phone from the moment of the attack have been collected.
The unimpeachable minors are witnesses to the case, and all have denied that there was any girl in the field except one, who has said that he saw two minors having sex with the girl.
The investigators of the case have indicated that the complainant has recounted "with precision, data and details" the assault that the eight minors allegedly committed, they emphasize that this is a vulnerable victim because she is a minor and has a disability, and they consider the video where the video is key. The suspects are seen participating in the attack.
