The balance of the penultimate night of Fallas leaves one arrested for gender violence, three attacks and three brawls, according to sources from the Valencia City Council.
The same sources explain that at 11 p.m. on Monday, an employee of a bar in the El Carmen neighborhood called alerting that a man was attacking his wife who had a baby. The aggressor, 42 years old, was arrested because local patrols from Ciutat Vella quickly acted with the support of the GAMA group of the Local Police.
Furthermore, in the balance of the night from Monday to Tuesday, the actions carried out by the agents in the city on the eve of San José have been 36 actions for noise and four actions for the use of pyrotechnic material.
Likewise, municipal sources report, 40 humanitarian services have been assisted with seven people treated for different pathologies and 13 for alcohol consumption. The streets of the city center become a hive of people every night who attend festivals and tents with music until the early hours of the morning.
In total, 190 services have been attended, compared to 176 on Sunday night, 20 on Saturday night and 233 on Friday night, EFE notes.
