Murcia City Council seals three new nightlife venues

The Murcia City Council sealed three new nightlife venues last night due to having a closure order in force, bringing the number of these establishments closed to seven after the fire that started a week ago in the Teatre, Golden and Fonda Milagros nightclubs. , in which 13 people died and another 24 were injured.

Local Police officers, within the framework of the round of inspections announced by the Murcia City Council government team after the fires, yesterday sealed off the Maná and BBT20 premises, both in the surroundings of the Atalayas leisure area, site of the sinister, and they did the same with a third, District 13, which is located in a central neighborhood of the city.

These closures are in addition to the four cessation and sealing orders that were imposed on many other nightlife venues: two of them in Atalayas, one in Mariano Rojas and another in the district of Gea and Truyols.

The controls will continue in the coming days to guarantee that there are no premises failing to comply with these types of orders, as reported by municipal sources.
