This statement is not based on any rigorous study, but on simple observation and an informal survey in the immediate environment, but the impression is that the public that the ISE attracts is more informal than the one that usually visits the Mobile World Congress. There are fewer ties and a more casual wardrobe. There also seems to be more trips by subway than by taxi, unlike what happens with the Mobile. In 2023, when the two congresses coincide almost in time, it will be possible to refine the comparison more.
