As Chairman of the GSMA, José María Álvarez-Pallete López will oversee the strategic direction of the organization. Its CEO, Mats Granryd, has highlighted the critical point the industry is at and the need for it to work together to ensure that the true potential of the mobile ecosystem benefits people, businesses and society as a whole.
