In Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia we visited the exhibition of the artist Elisa Garcia Coll at the Terracota Museu, as can be seen in these images of some of the works that are part of the exhibition.

In the Espai La Peixera del Terracota Museu de La Bisbal de Empordà you can visit the exhibition Parajes de confluèncias (Parajes de confluencias) by Elisa Garcia Coll until October 15.

The exhibition contains two ceramic sculpture installations in which writing is incorporated. The titles of the installations are Lunar calendar versus the wayward menopause and Friendship as life support. It is an exhibition that invites you to discover the most contemporary ceramics.

The installation Lunar calendar versus wayward menopause shows "a contemporary lunar calendar composed of a set of written tiles that invite the viewer to be manipulated and rotated to be read more comfortably."

In total there are seven ceramic pieces "with the appearance of cracked limestone, degraded by humidity, fungi and, ultimately, by the passage of time."

In Friendship as Life Support a game is created with the viewer, who must move through the space to search for the texts. The reading of these texts depends on the point of view from which they are viewed.

In the installation the letters of the word "Amic" (friend) are imposed, and each of them addresses an aspect related to friendship.
