In this context, it has warned that women who give birth by surrogacy are "precarious women" who are "in a situation of poverty and absolute precariousness."
"It is regulated, it is a practice that is not legal, its advertising is also prohibited and the new law recognizes it as a form of violence against women," Montero insisted.
