Economic forecasts always have their intrigues, especially when the international monetary situation presents itself with some instability. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the price of fuel and inflation were already elements that caused enormous insecurity throughout the past year, specifically from the end of February when the Russian invasion of foreign territory began.
A year later, we carried over a good part of the elements that contributed to an international slowdown, but the analyzes carried out on the situation point to an improvement with respect to previous forecasts. In fact, the end of the 2022 national financial year was not as hard as initially expected. Unemployment data is even below pre-pandemic levels.
And although macroeconomics experts are optimistic, they do not want to rely too much on expectations, as there is a clear slowdown in terms of global growth.
