One of the great enemies of dark circles is summer, since during these hot months it is more common for them to worsen or even appear, if they were not present on the skin before. One of the causes is the sun and the action of its rays, this is because they have a negative impact on the thin layer of skin in the area under the eyes, thus causing the appearance of dark spots.

All this causes dark circles to suffer to a greater extent during the summer. Therefore, it will be necessary to take precautions for its correct care.

The problem posed by the sun's rays can be solved in two ways. The first one has to do with the use of hats and sunglasses, which will act as a physical barrier to keep the area under the eyes protected from solar radiation. And it will also be essential to apply and reapply a suitable sunscreen for the skin type. To keep the dark circle hydrated, an eye contour should be included in the daily facial care routine and also make sure to drink the recommended amount of water. As well as putting aside unhealthy habits such as smoking, abusing coffee or drinking too much alcohol.
