Tomorrow, Sunday, February 11, the circulation of vehicles will be prohibited on all roads along the route of the Barcelona Half Marathon 2024, a competition that will mainly affect the districts of Ciutat Vella, L'Eixample and Sant Martí, as well as some lines of bus.
The sports competition (eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona by Brooks), which this year has 28,000 registered, has as its starting point Paseo Picasso with Calle Fusina, next to the Born Culture Center, and the arrival point at Paseo Pujades with Calle Nàpols. , in front of the Ciutadella park. The cuts at these two points will begin at 4:30 in the morning.

It is expected that traffic will be restored on these streets from 12:00 p.m., except on Paseo de Pujades, where the closure will remain until 3:00 p.m. due to the removal of the facilities.
Starting at 7:30 a.m. today, Saturday, parking restrictions are in force on the roads affected by the half marathon route. In both cases the restoration will take place on Sunday, at 12:30 p.m.
The streets that will change direction will be the following: pl. Commercial, c. Consolat de Mar, c. Arc del Teatre, c. Josep Anselm Clavé and sections of c. Girona, c. Peru, c. Pere IV and av. Coast.
There will be several bus lines affected, which will be diverted or whose routes will be limited during the race. They will be the following: D20, D50, H12, H14, H16, V9, V11, V13, V15, V17, V19, V21, V23, V25, V27, V29, V31, 6, 7, 13, 19, 21, 22, 24, 39, 47, 54, 55, 59, 63, 67, 120, 121, 136, 141, 192, and the blue and red routes of the Tourist Bus.
