Guide to watch football on television

The wait is over. The main soccer competition in Spain returns with a new name: LaLiga EA Sports and opens fire today at 7:30 p.m. with the Almería-Rayo Vallecano match. It is time to review the platforms on which all soccer will be broadcast. The so far known as the Men's First Division will be divided into two blocks: LaLiga TV (Movistar, Orange) and DAZN, which will broadcast five games per day each and will share out the Clásicos. The streaming platform will offer the one for the first round, while the telemarketers will keep the one for the second.

Movistar also presents a new channel with which it will share one of the LaLiga TV clashes: Movistar Plus. For those who do not have pay television, Gol Play will offer a free-to-air match on DTT, involving teams that do not play in European competition.

The silver category also has a new name, LaLiga Hypermotion, and presents a simpler division. Movistar Plus and Vamos, both from the blue telephone operator, will broadcast one game per day and the promotion playoff, while the other eleven can be seen on the following operators: Movistar, Orange TV, Vodafone, Prime Video, Telecable, MásMóvil, Yoigo , Virgin Telco, Euskaltel, R Galicia, Sweno and Embou.

The third category of Spanish football, Primera RFEF will be broadcast by streaming by the video service company ATM Broadcast, with a future linear channel for platforms; in addition to s on regional television and a DTT channel to be determined.

Movistar will offer 32 games from the first two rounds of the Copa del Rey, in addition to the round of 16. RTVE will broadcast two games per round until the quarterfinals, also the semifinals and the final. The Spanish Super Cup is exclusive to Movistar Plus.

At the European level, Movistar Liga de Campeones will broadcast the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Youth League and UEFA SuperCup, leaving Movistar Plus one match per Champions League day. RTVE will broadcast the Champions League final, and Cuatro will have one Europa League match per day except for the final.

As for the rest of the European competitions: Movistar will have access through its Champions League, Vamos and Plus channels to the Italian Serie A and the three German competitions. DAZN has all the football in England, plus the Italian Cup and Super Cup and the Japanese league. For its part, Eurosport will broadcast the French Ligue 1, while the other major European leagues have been left without a viewing platform.

American MLS, Leo Messi's Inter Miami league can be seen alongside the Leagues Cup on Apple TV. The OTT LaLiga Plus will have access to the Brasileirão (together with the streaming portals Fanatiz and OneFootball), the Copa Libertadores and the AFC Champions League, the top Asian club competition.
