GastroEbre repeats its sweet quote

The GastroEbre professional meeting, dedicated to sweet cuisine, desserts and pastries, will celebrate its sixth edition from October 22 to 24 in Flix (Tarragona). The municipal market of this small town in Ribera d'Ebre will host a stage where you can see the master sessions given by leading experts in the sweet world and discover the tricks of restaurant dessert chefs, master pastry chefs and renowned masters. from the signature ice cream parlor. On the poster, some of the protagonists from previous editions are present again, such as Oriol Balaguer or the director of the Hofmann school pastry shop, Miquel Guarro, who will teach creative pastry sessions.

There will also be interventions by Josep Armenteros, from Carles Gaig's restaurant in Barcelona, ​​or Paula Domènech, trained at CETT Universitat, who titled her presentation “Pastry without limits”, as well as Lucila Canero, from La Luciérnaga (Castelldefels), who has adapted his interesting sweet proposal to people with different dietary diets.

In the section dedicated to chocolate, there will be no shortage of Lluc Crusellas, winner of the 2022 World Chocolate Championship, and Àlex Lera, Fava de Cacao 2020-2022 winner. Another champion, in this case an ice cream maker, will also carry out a demonstration session; This is Albert Roca, Spanish Artisan Ice Cream Champion 2022.

This year's edition of GastroEbre, an event that was born in Horta de Sant Joan in 2018, will be the third dedicated to the sweet world. And although this is the axis, the meeting has not deviated from its objective of publicizing the products of Terres de l'Ebre.
